Overview
We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, uninstalled, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with all parts, accessories, and instructions.
Please contact us before sending any product back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
How to Request a Return
Please email us at zhuxingzhang61@gmail.com and provide:
- Your order number
- The product name
- The reason for the return
- Clear photos or videos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
After reviewing your request, we will provide return instructions and the correct return address.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order after delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days and provide photos of the product and packaging.
After verification, we may offer replacement parts, a replacement product, or a refund, depending on the situation.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot normally be returned:
- nstalled, used, altered, or damaged products
- Custom-made or specially ordered products
- Clearance or final-sale items
- Products missing original packaging, parts, or accessories
- Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or incorrect electrical connection
Return Shipping
For returns caused by a change of mind, style preference, size selection, or other customer reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
For verified damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we will provide an appropriate solution and may cover reasonable replacement or return costs.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time.
Order Cancellations
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. Orders can only be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped.
Once an order has shipped, the standard return policy will apply.
